We will issue an item exchange/return policy for any item that has been damaged and sent from our end within 7 date-book days of the delivery date. All items to be traded must be joined by the original receipt. If any item has been mishandled and damaged from the customer’s end, it shall not be returned/exchanged or given a refund for. To return an item, it would be ideal if you contact Customer Service or email.
1. Return/trade requests are liable to an examination and checking by the Dhayunaturals Team. Damages of disregard, ill-advised use or wrong application won’t be secured under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
2. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
